JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the F.I.R. being Prohibition CR No. 5059 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 66(1), 65,A,E, 116(B), 81 of Prohibition Act which has been registered with DCB Crime Police Station, Ahmedabad City.
Learned Advocate,Mr. AM Parekh for the applicant does not want to press this application.
At this stage the present Application stands dismissed.
