Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition in far as it relates to petitioner nos. 2 to 20 may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and in regard to petitioner no. 1, the proceeding may go on.
Request of the counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The writ petition ,so far as relates to petitioner nos. 2 to 20, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition . The writ petition shall proceed only with regard to petitioner no. 1.

The impugned order is stayed till the next date of listing only to the extent recovery has been ordered but its prospective application is not being stayed.
