(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that through over sight, the clerk has not removed the office objections. It is further submitted that since now office objections are removed, present civil application may be allowed.
Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
Considering the submissions on the part of the applicant and since now the office objections have been removed, we recall the order passed earlier dt. 3.5.2010 and restore the Misc. Civil Application. Accordingly, present civil application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
The Registry is directed to notify Misc. Civil Application for admission on 18.7.2012.
