Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri N.K. Verma, learned AGA for State and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the externment order dated 07.05.2018 passed by District Magistrate, District Maharajganj.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has preferred to file an appeal against the externment order dated 07.05.2018 before the Divisional Commissioner but has not filed any stay application along with memo of appeal.
The present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
