As the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant is elevated to the Bench of this Court, Registry is directed to issue fresh Notice upon the applicant making it returnable on 26th March 2012, informing the applicant that as his advocate is elevated to the Bench of this Court, he is required to make alternate arrangement and to engage another lawyer.
