Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for disobedience of the interim order dated 16.4.2018 passed in Writ-B No.3500 of 2018 filed by the applicant wherein the Court directed that till the next date, either of the parties would not create any third party interest in disputed plots.
Admittedly, in the present matter no third party interest has been created and the aforesaid writ petition is pending consideration. No interference is required under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The application is totally misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
