ROAD BRANCH, BANGALORE VIDE ANNX-A, AS IT IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Dilraj Rohit Sequeira, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent No.1.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:
“a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to defreez the savings bank account of the petitioner bearing No.0422101009458 with Canara Bank, K.G. Road Branch, Bengaluru produced at Annexure-A as it is illegal and unconstitutional.”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by an order passed by a Bench of this Court dated 04.04.2018 passed in W.P.Nos.13516-13518/2018.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned by a Bench of this Court in order dated 04.04.2018 passed in W.P.Nos.13516- 13518/2018, the writ petition stands disposed of on same terms and with similar directions.
