2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition, in view of the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the 34th Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru in a proceeding under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
