Tippu Sultan, Advocate for C/R2) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned order at Annexure-A dated 28.09.2015 passed in application No.5/2015 by the Karnataka WAKF Tribunal, Bangalore Division, Bangalore and allow the prayers sought in the application No.5/2015 at Annexure-T.
This petition is coming on for ‘preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group’ this day, the court made the following:
ORDER After arguing the matter at length, Sri. Mahmood Patel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking permission to convert the writ petition into Civil Revision Petition.
2. Memo is placed on record.
3. In view of the memo, petitioner is hereby permitted to convert the writ petition into civil revision petition after following the procedure as contemplated. In the meanwhile, interim order granted earlier is continued till the process of converting writ petition into civil revision petition.
For all statistical purpose, this writ petition is disposed of.
