Prayer: Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Ref.No. 12-7/2008-PCI/983 dated 23.04.2014 issued by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct respondents 1 and 2 to grant approval to the 4th respondent to permit the petitioners to continue D Pharm Course with Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected M.Ps are closed.
