RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Challenging the order dated 19.01.2009 passed by the District Collector, Karimnagar, suspending the petitioner as Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat for a period of three months the present writ petition came to be filed in 2009.
This Court by order dated 27.01.2009 granted interim suspension of the impugned order. The said period of suspension came to an end long back. In view of this nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication.
In view of the above reasons, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the adverse order, if any, passed by the respondents as a consequence of the impugned order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
