JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Court has issued Notice for final disposal vide order dated 20.10.2011. In spite of service of the notice, no reply has been filed by the respondent - Vadodara Municipal Corporation, who is the main contesting respondent, till date, though time has been taken to file the affidavit-in-reply on 13.01.2012 and 07.02.2012. The affidavit-in-reply be filed on or before the next date of hearing, failing which it shall be presumed that the respondent - Corporation is not desirous of defending the petition. List on 13.03.2012.
