1. Heard Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that she has submitted application for scrutiny of answer-sheet in the subject of Drawing in High School Examination, 2017-18 and also deposited requisite fee vide receipt dated 21.05.2018 but till date respondents have kept the matter pending and have not taken any decision at all.
3. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that matter if not already finalized, it would be done expeditiously.
4. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, I dispose of this writ petition directing Respondents- Competent Authority to finalize the matter of scrutiny expeditiously and in any case within one month from the date receipt of a certified copy of this order.
