JUDGMENT / ORDER

Challenge raised is against denial of non-creamy layer certificate including the petitioner as a member of the Christian-Parava Community. It was contended that, because of denial of the certificate, the petitioner will loose his chance for getting employed as 'Village Extension Officer'. The writ petition was filed as early as in the year 2009. 2. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved to approach the authorities seeking non-creamy layer certificate for any other purpose, by producing the requisite documents.
3. Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the competent authority seeking issuance of non-creamy layer certificate on production of any fresh documents.

Needless to observe that if any such fresh application is received, the same shall be considered and a decision shall be taken in accordance with the relevant provisions of law and executive directions issued on the subject matter.
