Application No.6151 of 2011 with Criminal Misc. Application No.6152 of 2011, the Court [Coram: M.R. Shah, J.] quashed Criminal Case Nos. 656 of 2011 and 805 of 2011 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamnagar, filed by the complainant for offence punishable under Section 138 o the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Considering the above, Rule.

Ad­interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 26.12.2011 shall continue as interim relief till further orders.
