Learned advocate Mr. ND Balar waives for respondent no. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Shukla under instruction states that the petitioner is prepared to deposit remaining amount of Rs. 12,369/- being a part of the cheque amount in the Court. He seeks time to deposit the amount in the Trial Court. Other side has no objection. Hence, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 12,369/- in the Trial Court on or before 6/8/2012.

In view of the above, stand over to 6th August, 2012.
