Pursuant to the order dated 31.1.2012, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed on record the investigation report submitted by the Detective Police Inspector, C.I.D. Crime, Rajkot City in connection with the first information report in question. The same is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the respondent No.2 is reported to be sick. Hence, the matters are adjourned to 17th April 2012.
