Learned senior counsel Mr.N.D.Nanavati for Nanavaty Associates appearing for the applicant-original accused states that the matters are kept tomorrow for framing charges before the trial court. He has also placed on record Exh.48 and 49 respectively stating that indulgence may be shown for hearing these matters before the charges are framed. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the matters are kept on 03/07/2012.
It is directed to the trial court that the proceedings of Criminal Case Nos.3131 of 2010 and 3132 of 2010 shall be postponed for the purpose of framing the charges till 09/07/2012. The advocate appearing in the matters on behalf of applicant would make necessary application with copy of this order and the trial court is directed to postpone the proceedings accordingly. Direct service today is permitted.
