JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of present application, the applicants seek permission to release passport for temporary period and permit them to travel abroad during the said period. The condition Nos.6(c) and (d) of the order dated 23.7.2010 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.7462 of 2010 reads as under:
"[c] surrender his passport, if any, to the lower Court within a week;
[d] not leave India without the prior permission of the Sessions Court concerned;"
Heard Mr.V.N.Sheth, learned counsel for the applicants. He has submitted that Tractors and Farm Equipment Ltd., is a company which deals with various wholesale dealers across India in selling various Tracts and Farm equipments to them and present applicants are their wholesale dealers dealing with the said Company. The aforesaid Company has organized a dealer conference abroad and present applicants are required to attend the conference. He has, therefore, prayed for release of the passport of the present applicants for temporary period.
Heard Mr.K.L.Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. He has strongly opposed this application.
In view of the averments made in the application, present application is allowed. The trial Court is directed to release the passport of the present applicants for the period from 30.1.2012 to 15.2.2012. The applicants are directed to surrender the passport before the trial Court on completion of the said period. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
