High Court Of Gujarat|26 December, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no wages are paid despite the petitioner being duly selected, appointed and is serving. Let there be a notice pending admission returnable on 29/1/2013.
The respondents are hereby directed to pay wages whatever they deem fit to be admissible to the petitioner without prejudice to the rights & contentions of the petitioner or the respondents. Non payment of the wages despite petitioner being rendering his duties would be viewed very seriously, and the responsible officer will be called upon to answer. Direct service permitted.
