JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J This writ appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 11.1.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No.814 of 2011 filed by the respondent herein. We are informed that the writ petition is still pending. No interim order has been passed in the writ appeal. In view of the above matter, interest of justice will be served if the writ petition itself is disposed as expeditiously as possible. Appellant shall move for early disposal of the writ petition.
This Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
