Lakhani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition on the basis of the averment made in Affidavit-in-Reply filed by respondent No.1, more particularly taking into consideration the fact that the inquiry is already over by an order dated 30.4.2011. In order to enable them to take appropriate recourse permission is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice discharged with no order as to costs.
