Shah, learned advocate for the applicant has requested for time on the ground that he has still not received the report from the office of the Official Liquidator which the applicant is awaiting since long time. Mr.J. S. Yadav, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator has submitted that necessary steps to ensure that the report is finalized and filed as early as possible and in any case not later than 19th November 2011, will be taken.
