JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner have approached this Court challenging an order passed by the first respondent- Health Inspector to close down the petitioner's hospital on account of pollution. This Court by an interim order stayed the order issued by the first respondent.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Pollution Control Board submits that the petitioner have been directed to comply with certain conditions and time also be given to comply with the conditions.
In view of the above, Ext.P8 is quashed. The petitioner shall comply with the directions of the Pollution Control Board. If the petitioner fails to comply with the directions W.P.(C) No.30536 of 2014 2 issued by the Pollution control Board, necessary action shall be initiated by the Pollution Control Board to abate the nuisance or to close down the hospital.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
