JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is for educational loan. This was filed in the year 2012. The application for loan was filed when the petitioner was studying Master's Degree in Business Administration programme. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, I am of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
