1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Nikhil (Minor), seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.98 of 2021, under Section - 307 I.P.C., Police Station - Nakur, District - Saharanpur, during pendency of trial.
3. Undisputedlly, the applicant is aged about 15 years, therefore, Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 applies in this matter. Hence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is declined.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicant to seek appropriate remedy where it lies.
