Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
Grievance of the petitioners is that they are in live-in-relation due to which certain members of their society are threatening them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that purpose of filing this petition would be served if petitioners are permitted to address their grievance to the concerned Superintendent of Police.
He submits that in the eventuality of doing so, the police authorities be directed to act in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that every citizen is free to approach the police authority in case he/she is being harassed by any one or any crime is being committed by some one.
Be that as it may, in the eventuality of filing any complaint by the petitioners against any one, it is expected from the police authorities to act in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
