This petition for writ is preferred to have a writ, order or direction for the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession on the Abadi land, said to be in possession of the petitioner.
Having considered all facts stated in the petition for writ we are of the opinion that the appropriate course before the petitioner for redressal of his grievance is by way of filing a civil suit before the competent Civil Court. No interference in writ jurisdiction is desirable. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
