THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.519 of 2012 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is posted today under the caption “for dismissal”. In the morning, a request is made for a pass over. The matter is passed over till 03:25 P.M.
At this stage also, Sri .Y.Kanaka Lingeswara Rao(1204) representing counsel for the petitioner requested for a pass over.
2. On 21-04-2014, when this Court vacated the interim stay for the unreadyness of the Advocate for revision petitioner, immediately at 12:30 P.M., Sri Subodh, learned Advocate made a request that he would argue the matter and requested to delete the stay vacating order and to post this matter to next day i.e., on 22-04-2014. But the matter is listed today by facilitating one more day to the petitioner in spite of that, no interest is evinced to proceed with the case.
3. For these reasons, Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
