O R D E R Ms.Veena J. Kamath, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Sri Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.12.2018, 14.06.2018, 12.07.2018, 03.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 and make payment of the amount due to the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the aforesaid representations submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order within a fixed time limit.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. This Court has not expressed any opinion with regard the claim of the petitioner.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
