Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has prayed for disposal of case no. 477 of 2018, under section 125 Cr.P.C. P.S. Jhunsi, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad within stipulated period.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad is hereby directed to dispose of aforesaid case within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties .
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
