The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL29 E 5192, applied for temporary permit on the route Harippad-Kayamkulam in the vacancy of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 29/F 994, by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage NO. KL 29/E 5192 on the route Harippad - Kayamkulam in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL 29/F 994. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.
KL 29/F 994 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, WPC.No.26365/2014 : 2 :
such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to a preferential claim, if any.
