Smt. Nicky Gaund (the corpus) has been produced by S.I. Rajkumar Gupta and Woman Constable 2594 Godavari Ojha from Nari Niketan, Gorakhpur today in the court.
According to high school mark sheet of Smt. Nicky Gaund, her date of birth is 26.6.2001. She states that she has voluntarily married to Vikki (petitioner-2) and wants to go with him. Vikki (petitioner-2) is also present in the court.
In view of statement of Smt. Nicky Gaund, this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Smt. Nicky Gaund is set at liberty and is permitted to go with Vikki (petitioner-2), forthwith.
