Heard Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and Sri Bablu Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 2 is the son of petitioner no. 1 and has been illegally detained by respondent nos. 5 to 7.
Learned counsel for the respondents may file counter affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week.
List on 20th July, 2010 before the appropriate Court.
On the said date, respondent nos. 5 to 7 shall produce the corpus of petitioner no. 2 in Court. Respondent nos. 1 to 4 shall ensure the presence of corpus in the Court.
