It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel that first information report has been registered against the petitioner no.2.
In view of the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition as he wants to avail the remedy available in law against the registration of first information report.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
