Nisha (petitioner-1) has been produced by Head Constable 17 Yashveer Singh, Lady Constable Anuradha, Police Lines, Meerut from Nari Niketan, Meerut today in the court. Along with the writ petition, her High School Mark sheet has been filed, showing her date of birth as 9.1.2002, as she has crossed the age of 17 years. She states that she has voluntarily married to Akash (petitioner-2) and wants to go with him. Akash (petitioner-2) is also present in the court.
In view of statement of Nisha (petitioner-1), this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Nisha (petitioner-1) is set at liberty and is permitted to go with Akash (petitioner-2), forthwith.
