Smt. Nisha (petitioner-1) appears before the Court and claims herself to be major. In support of her date of birth a copy Aadhaar Card has been filed along with writ petition which shows her date of birth as 10.03.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Anas(petitioner-2).
In view of the statement of Smt. Nisha (petitioner-1), the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not been arrested in Case Crime No.201 of 2019, under Sections 376, 323, 504, I.P.C. and Section 8 of POCSO Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, district Bulandshahar till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in it.
