1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will at Pandav Kalin Neeli Chhatri Mandir, Prachin Neeli Chhatri, Sanatan Dharam Vivah Padti Trust, on 20.11.2019 and the family members are harassing them. The petitioners shall file an application for On-line registration of their marriage.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
