In response to the order of the Court, Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. informed to the Court that corpus has been sent to Nari Niketan, Moradabad from where she has been shifted to Government Women Shelter Centre, Saharanpur.
At the very outset, learned A.G.A. raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition in view of the law laid down by Full Bench of this Court in Km. Rachna and another vs. State of U.P. and 4 others (Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 362 of 2020, decided on 8.3.2021) In view of the aforesaid dictum, we are of the considered opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
