When the matter was taken up learned Standing Counsel has placed before the Court the instructions stating that Case Crime No.156 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 IPC read with Section 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has been lodged at P.S.Sungarhi, District Pilibhit against petitioner no.2.
Such being the case, I decline to interfere in this petition and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
