Petitioner wants interest on the delayed amount of ex-gratia paid to him by the Bank.
Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent bank points out that petitioner's earlier writ petition in respect of the same grievance No.8001 of 2021 has already been dismissed by this Court on 20.07.2021. A second writ petition in respect of same cause, therefore, would not be maintainable by virtue of Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
Dismissed accordingly.
