Petitioner had submitted Ext.P3 application before the 3rd respondent for effecting mutation of the property which he has purchased as per Exts. P1 and P2. Complaint is that despite the fact that the same has been filed in July, 2013, so far no action had been taken in the matter. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation and after hearing the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
3rd respondent shall consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
