JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J.,
The petitioner herein is the petitioner in O.P.(HMA) No. 1797/12 pending before the Family Court, Attingal. The main prayer in the O.P is to direct the Family Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously by fixing a time limit, to be fixed by this Court.
2. Going by the report of the learned Family Court Judge, Attingal, it is seen that an application has been filed by the respondent as I.A. No. 1280/2014 to re-open the evidence which was earlier closed on 17.7.2014 without cross examining the petitioner. It is also assured that even if the I.A to re-open evidence is allowed, the case can be disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
O.P.(F.C.) No.522 of 2014 :2:
We therefore, direct the Family Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
