ORDER This is a petition filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of M.C.No.2269/2019 pending on the file of I Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru on the ground that I Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court has no territorial jurisdiction. If this is the case of the petitioner, she can make an appropriate application before the Family Court itself for return of the petition. In a circumstance like this transfer petition cannot be entertained. It is dismissed.
