JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a petition seeking review or clarification or modification of the order dated 18.11.2016 made in W.P.No.40559 of 2016 passed by the first Bench of this Court, since the impugned summons issued by the office of the Thashildar, Gangavalli, is in compliance of the above said order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.N.Thamidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6.
3. In the light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
