This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the non-compliance of the Division Bench judgment dated 07/04/2014 in O.P.(CAT) No.45/2014.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a Special Leave Petition has already been filed by the respondents against the aforesaid judgment in which an interim order has already been granted by the Apex Court.
3. In view of the fact that the judgment dated 07/04/2014 has already been stayed by the Apex Court, we do not see any reason to proceed with the contempt case.
This contempt proceeding is closed at this stage.
