ORDER Delay condoned for the reasons stated in the application and affidavit. Respondents have no objections.
2. Learned counsel for the NGEF submitted that 7th and 8th quarterly report was submitted pursuant to the earlier Court order. The NGEF intends to settle the dues of the application in C.A.No.49/2019 for which the applicant-petitioner is hereby directed to furnish relevant documents to the Corporation.
3. Quarterly report 7th report dated 05.04.2019 and 8th report dated 10.07.2019 is accepted.
With the above observations, application stands disposed of.
