JUDGMENT / ORDER

Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 11.08.2009. For petitioners : Mr.A.D.Jagadish Chandira For respondents : Mr.A.N.Purushothaman, G.A.(F) COMMON ORDER The prayer of the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 11.08.2009. Copy of the said representations are enclosed in page Nos. 13 to 16 of the typed set of papers.
2. When the mater came up on 12.10.2009, learned counsel for the petitioners filed proof of service. Accordingly, the respondent is represented by Mr.A.N.Purushothaman, Government Advocate (F) and takes notice.
3. The petitioners' request is only disposal of representations dated 11.08.2009 and it does not require counter affidavit by the respondent. 4 The writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 11.08.2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, with in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners without fail.
