The petitioners' request is only disposal of representations dated 11.08.2009 and it does not require counter affidavit by the respondent. 4 The writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 11.08.2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, with in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners without fail.
