Mr.Patel, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the agricultural work of the land of the family.
It appears from the jail report that the applicant - convict was recently released on furlough in the month of April, 2012 for 14 days.
Under these circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the present application is not granted. Disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
