Ms.Anushree Kapadia, learned advocate, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw her appearance as advocate for the petitioner as Mr.B.S.Soparkar, learned advocate, would be appearing for the petitioner, henceforth.
The Registry has also put up a Note dated 14.09.2012 in this regard for passing of appropriate orders, annexing a copy of the letter dated 07.09.2012 addressed by Ms.Anushree Kapadia to the Registrar (Judicial).
In view of the above facts and circumstances, Ms.Anushree Kapadia, learned advocate, is permitted to withdraw her appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
